The kids had a great time playing in San Francisco with Mima and Pipa! The got their fill of the culture of the city - going to museums, parks and the cable cars.

The kids are having a great fall. Sophie's learning how to eat and crawl, Sam is losing teeth and learning how to play the violin, and Henry is learning how to write his name one letter at a time!

Not only are we lucky enough to have a great beach within a few hours drive - but it's a beach that's still nice to play on in November! We headed down after Thanksgiving for a much-needed break.

When we were in San Francisco, Sam was able to spend some time at the Science Museum creating a real live claymation video. We may have an animator on our hands...

Sophie is getting more adventurous every day, and clearly wants to keep up with the boys. She's adapted to Henry's "crazy love", and now just sort of watches him in amazement. Both boys are starting to realize that soon Sophie will be playing right along with them!
