Institute on Race and Ethnicity (IRE) at the University of Wisconsin System The IRE was looking for a design that would create a bold first impression, convey a sense of what the Institute was all about, yet also offer quick access to other parts of the site. So we created a modified splash page which incorporated a strong graphic with the kente-cloth inspired header that runs throughout the rest of the site.
