I am an independent freelance website designer focused on creating academic websites for the Brown community and beyond. Why academic websites? I have found that there is a disconnect within the academic community - professors and students are turning to the web in growing numbers to find out what others in their field are up to, yet departments are often reluctant to invest their time and resources into creating a web presence for themselves.

I will use over 5 years of website experience to help you quickly establish an impressive and useful web presence. 4. Update packages to keep your site fresh
My commitment to your department doesn't end when your site goes up. My update offerings range from once a semester, for major faculty and student changes, to once a week or more to update news and events on your site. I can quickly take down old content and add new announcements. There's no reason that you need to have old content on your pages!
